Cheap Thrill: Lip Service

The air is cooling, and that means that lips everywhere will soon be chapping. Now, chapped lips are one of my biggest pet peeves. If ever I meet the Big Gal Upstairs I'm going to have to ask if this cold weather annoyance was really a necessary part of the human design. However, lucky for me the irritation I get from a dry pout is equally balanced by the bliss I get from smoothing out the problem. Finding a good lip treatment is pure skin care nirvana. And the good news is that most of my favorites are classic and down right cheap. The selection below won't set you back more than $10.
